Guest bjwesq Posted May 6, 2004 Posted May 6, 2004 We have terminated an employee for stealing from the company. However prior to his termination, he met the eligibility conditions for our retiree medical plan. The retiree medical plan does not contain language currently permitting us to deny him coverage due to his gross misconduct. Is there any way we can deny him coverage?
