Brian Gallagher Posted May 11, 2004 Posted May 11, 2004 What are the limits for contributions to a 457(b) Plan? I seem to remember it was $13k for this year. That would include deferrals, match and/or a discretionary contribution. (I guess it's sort of a 415 limit for 457 plans, but just at $13k) Remember: two wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.
Brian Gallagher Posted June 11, 2004 Author Posted June 11, 2004 any thoughts? Remember: two wrongs don't make a right, but three rights make a left.
Everett Moreland Posted June 11, 2004 Posted June 11, 2004 Lesser of $13,000 and 100% of 415©(3) compensation. A participant is also eligible to make additional contributions during the participant's last three taxable years ending before the participant's normal retirement age..
