Guest Betty Taylor Posted March 29, 1999 Posted March 29, 1999 Our company has a full flex section 125 cafeteria benefits plan. We are interested in setting up a mass transit benefit pre-tax. I realize that this can not be set up as a flexible spending account in the 125 plan, but would appreciate any information on other ways to set up this benefit for our employees. Guest mdrucker Posted January 26, 2001 Posted January 26, 2001 For Mass Transit there are some special rules concerning the requirement to use vouchers if they are readily available in your area. For Parking there are none. Need more information about your locations to answer properly. You can contact me through my company's website.
