Guest ENDER Posted February 5, 2005 Posted February 5, 2005 Can you convert a Roth IRA to the new Retirement Savings Account (RSA) or Lifetime Savings Account (LSA)? If so, how would it be done and would there be any drawbacks to doing so?
david rigby Posted February 5, 2005 Posted February 5, 2005 I believe the RSA and LSA concepts are merely proposals. I'm a retirement actuary. Nothing about my comments is intended or should be construed as investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Occasionally, but not all the time, it might be reasonable to interpret my comments as actuarial or consulting advice.
dh003i Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 They are both merely proposals, unfortuantely. Hopefully, they'll be on the books soon.
