Guest JD698 Posted June 27, 2005 Posted June 27, 2005 Can a health plan require a person whose injury or sickness is the basis of a claim to be examined by a physician designated by the Plan as often as may reasobably be required during the pendency of a claim? Is there some rule prohibiting this?
