Anyone had a 412(e) app accepted?

Has anyone had an application accepted? I've heard lots of rumors about how hard is was/is to get them approved.

Single employer plans usually file for funding relief through funding waivers rather than amortization extensions. The IRS has approved some amortization extensions for single employer plans.

Multiemployer plans usually receive funding relief through amortization extensions. The IRS has had some applications for more than two years without ruling on them. An exception is the Teamsters Central States Pension Fund has received an amortization extension.

Thanks - I had not heard about the Teamsters approval. I knew they were sitting on several, just wanted to see if there had been any accepted - now it looks like there has been "one".... so might give us some hope.
