K-t-F Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Husband and wife each have an LLC... can they have one plan between them? Why wouldnt they be able to? Its not easy being green
Mike Preston Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Yes. No reason. But the mere fact that you are asking this question gives me pause. What is unusual here? Do they each have thousands of employees? Are they separated? Something smells funny.
K-t-F Posted October 3, 2006 Author Posted October 3, 2006 lol... nothing funny... I was EXTREMELY tired and couldnt think! I think I am a little punchy now. Both single person LLCs, they just want to only have one plan for simplicity sake. Its not easy being green
