Guest PBJ Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Has anyone ever submitted a VCP application proposing to correct a failure relating to nondiscrimination (e.g. failed ADP testing) where the plan sponsor did not propose to make a corrective contribution to the nonhighly compensated employees?
