My husband's AGI is over $100,000, but I have no income of my own. Do I qualify for a Roth IRA? If so, what is the maximum contribution I can make in the first year?

If Adjusted Gross Income on your joint return is less than $150,000, a contribution can be made, you can likely make a full contribution to a Roth IRA for both you and your spouse. The contribution limit is phased out if AGI is between $150,000 and $160,000. No contribution can be made if AGI is over $160,000.

Look at IRS Publication 590 for more details. It's available on the IRS' web site.
