Guest cxs Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 Is there a safe harbor investment for money that a company puts aside to cover its future repurchase liabilities? Thanks -
RLL Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 If the company puts aside money to cover its future ESOP repurchase obligations, the funds are company assets, not plan assets, and the investment of such funds is not subject to ERISA.
