abanky Posted September 14, 2007 Posted September 14, 2007 "technically" you pay the premiums for the coverage year at the beginning of the year. If a plan terminates in the middle of the coverage year, would the sponsor be able to receive a refund? if so how do you request this refund? is there a form or just a letter?
tymesup Posted September 14, 2007 Posted September 14, 2007 Off the top of my head, you can get a refund. For a small plan, it may not be worth doing and/or mentioning to the client.
