Guest JDK Posted September 26, 2007 Posted September 26, 2007 If I have a 403(B) that has salary deferrals, match and profit sharing (non elective) contribution on a vesting schedule. Do we need to file the 5500 including schedule I or just the 5500?
Guest LauraVanSteeter Posted September 26, 2007 Posted September 26, 2007 For 2006, just the Form 5500 with limited questions. Review the instructions, they are pretty clear.
Bird Posted September 26, 2007 Posted September 26, 2007 But only if the money is in individual annuities or custodial mutual fund accounts. My (very, very limited) experience makes me wonder where that PS money is...especially if subject to vesting. Ed Snyder
Guest mjb Posted September 26, 2007 Posted September 26, 2007 PS money refers to discretionary employer contributions that are not matched.
