Guest Ira Hayes Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Are any federal (or state) anti-discrimination laws violated if 100% of pay is continued for the first 8 weeks on maternity leave while all other paid (including paternity) leaves are paid 66 2/3% of base pay for the first 8 weeks (if so, which ones)??

Guest mjb Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 Try Federal Equal Pay act. You need to check similar state laws if the disability plan is exempt from ERISA.
