Guest lip Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Comapny A includes the son and daughter in law of it's owners. In mid 2007 a new co(B) was formed. The son owns 20% of co.B. Co.A and B are controlled group. Q: for 2007,is the daughter in law an hce?
