Guest Enda80 Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 Anyone know the names of any magazines that specialize in retirement plans as subject matter? I have about a handful of library cards, so access to Infotrac is not a problem, but I want to restrict my search to know magazines that specialize in retirement plans.

Guest Enda80 Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 Contingencies certainly has articles on retirement plans from time to time. I have a narrow interest regarding compliance-such as having required minimum distributions calculated properly, closing agreements, self-correction program, amending plan documents, and so forth.
david rigby Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 How about this site? IMHO, BenefitsLink.com is a first-resource. Search the entire site, or just the Message Boards, for articles or information on your specific item(s). I'm a retirement actuary. Nothing about my comments is intended or should be construed as investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Occasionally, but not all the time, it might be reasonable to interpret my comments as actuarial or consulting advice.
JanetM Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 CCH online has- Journal of Deferred Comp Journal of Pension Benefits Journal of Pension Planning & Compliance Sounds like you are looking for more indepth detail then the pubs normally publish. Try ASPPA or CEBS pubs instead. JanetM CPA, MBA
