Alonzo Posted January 8, 1999 Posted January 8, 1999 The official source for language is IRS Notice 97-11. If I remember right, a copy of that notice is in the DoLs QDRO booklet, which is posted at their website. (www.dol.gov/dol/pwba). Look under the publications heading.
