Appleby Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 Wondering if it is happening to just me. When I search, the search field pops up behind the Benefits Logo in the upper left hand corner...and it does not permit input. Life and Death Planning for Retirement Benefits by Natalie B. Bill Presson Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 You might also try a different browser as there are a few incompatibilities. Does the same to me. I just right click and have it open in a different tab. William C. Presson, ERPA, QPA, QKA bill.presson@gmail.com C 205.994.4070
GMK Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 Mine's behind the logo now, too. (Bill Presson's suggestion works.) For anyone who might be looking into this, it was OK earlier this week, or maybe it was last Friday (can't remember exactly).

Dave Baker Posted October 15, 2008 Posted October 15, 2008 I think I caused the problem on October 9 when I upgraded the software but then inadvertently fixed the problem late in the day on October 10 when I rebooted the web server for another reason. If a user is still having the problem, please try your browser's "refresh" or "reload" key/button and see if that clears it up. I'm sorry; I could swear I had posted a message onto this message thread on October 9 when I saw the first questions come up, but it sure isn't here. I also was having the problem on October 9 when using Internet Explorer 7 but not Mozilla Firefox. Thanks, folks; I apologize for this trouble.
Tom Poje Posted October 16, 2008 Posted October 16, 2008 Well Dave, you know what I say when you do things like that... "Bad job Walt. Bad job" (for the rest of you, you had to be there, many years ago)
