May I use any mortality table for cross testing, even if I use SSRA in the test?

You can find the IRS list of "standard mortality tables" in Regulation 1.401(a)(4)-12.

The IRS has updated it from time to time; perhaps someone else can find a link to updates.

good point, check your document.

I know the new Corbel documents contain such language, (otherwise you would have to use the plan's normal retirement age)

even if you use SSRA as testing another issue is to whether you would also have to do a BRF on age 65, 66 and 67 which would most likely fail.
