ACox Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 I have received an email inquiring about a new regulation that Obama has signed into law that allows for distributions from 403(b) plans. I have not heard any information about new 403(b) regs and I cannot find anything on the internet that is recent enough to have been signed by Obama.

I'm a retirement actuary. Nothing about my comments is intended or should be construed as investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Occasionally, but not all the time, it might be reasonable to interpret my comments as actuarial or consulting advice.
