Does anyone have or know of any spreadsheets that show all the calculations for cross testing a dbdc combo. We are trying to create one for plan design use and thought maybe we wouldn't have to invent the wheel all over again.

Did you ever get the spreadsheet because I would love to have it as well.

I used to have one (using Quattro Pro software) before the rules changed. Any one interested in collaborating on putting one together?

Though it can only be used for estimating (determining fit of a DB) you can use your plain cross testing spreadsheet and pass the DC limit. The down side is that the plain x testing spreadsheet usually assumes interest at 8.5%. A DB Plan can use a rate of 5.5% comfortably and will result in a higher permitted contribution/deduction.
