Guest Sieve Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 An ESOP owning 100% of the ESOP's sponsoring employer need not own any portion of other entities owned by the sponsor. Don't know, though, whether that's what you asked (since I don't know what you meean by a "wholly owned ESOP").
