Lori H Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 a calendar year 403(b) has a QNEC rescinded during 2009 plan year. i assume they will have to do full Form 5500. My question is if they remain deferral only in 2010 and on, will they be exempt from 5500 filing?
