gregburst Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 I'm taking over a 10-person 401k plan that was effective and funded in 2008. No 2008 5500 was filed, so late fees are up to about $7,000 at this point. What is the best/cheapest way for this company to rectify the situation?
