nancy Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 If an employer has a 401(a) plan that allows for the employee contributions to be picked up do these employee contributions count against the 402(g) limit or are they totally considered employer contributions?

They are employer contributions and are not included under 402(g). mjb
