Lori H Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 In the past a statement could be attached to the 5500 stating that the audit would be sent in later. Now with efile I don't believe they allow this. Any suggestions? This is for an ESOP
Bill Presson Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 1. Hope the govt extends the due date; 2. File without the audit to show good faith; 3. tell the auditor to be ready to pay for the the DFVC fees. William C. Presson, ERPA, QPA, QKA bill.presson@gmail.com C 205.994.4070
