I do like a well organized chart!

Perhaps Yes should be replaced by "allowed". Also, what are the options for "non person" - are you thinking estate?

I did not check each box, just looked at it conceptually.

Yes ,nonperson includes estates- also charities and nonqualified trusts. Seems I need another footnote.
