Guest Sieve Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 401(k)/PSP wants to change the plan year a second time in the last 3 years. My interpretation of the Instructions to the Form 5308 is that no 5308 must be filed, even though there has been a 2nd change in this time span, since a PSP is exempted from the Form 5308 filing requirement. Does anyone agree/disagree with this conclusion?
