Plan is top-heavy and subject to Gateway Minimum.

Participant is terminating with 450 hours of service 11/1/2010.

Question: is terminating employee entitled to the 2010 TH/Gateway Minimum distribution (even though not meeting the 1,000 hours threshold)?
