Trustee in personal bankruptcy

If a person owns all of a company that sponsors a 401k plan and is the plan's only trustee, can he continue to so serve after declaring personal bankruptcy?

Of course. However, the trustor/grantor should consider whether continuing with that trustee may prompt the trustee's creditors to assert claims that may tie up the trust in litigation.
