ERISAatty Posted March 18, 2011 Posted March 18, 2011 I am preparing a response to a lengthy DOL document Subpoena request. Has anyone does this recently and/or have any insight on EBSA/DOL's preferred document presentation format with respect to physical organization of the documents? I am providing description and enumeration in the cover letter, of course, but just don't want to get the physical presentation wrong. I know IRS no longer likes tabs and binders, but maybe DOL still does? Thanks for any comments!!
