I am already registered for the Basic View, but when I search for the section, I get a message saying that it is only available when registered for the Professional View. Is there a trick to getting it using the Basic View?

You can't use the search feature with Basic View, but you can find 715-20-50 under "Expenses" (below the search box) in the left panel. You just have to poke around.
