Notice to Trustees About Cross-Tested Allocation

Anyone know where I can find a copy of the IRS field directive concerning notice to plan trustees about the contribution amount for cross-tested plans?

I've been searching for awhile this morning with no luck!

and if desried (and if you use Relius) I have a customized alloaction report that lists the people and the amount required including totals (including by division) though if there are safe harbor nonelective contributions you might have to modify the report a little bit to get those to appear.

Tom, that is very nice of you to offer! I wish I was using Relius (for several reasons), but alas, I am not. We use ASC for nondiscrimination testing.

my report simply shows the allocation per participant along with a note at the bottom of the report

The profits sharing contribution shall be allocated among the different classes as indicated above ________________________________ (plan administrator/date)
