How long to get a Determination for Termination?

I am hearing close to a year after filing for a letter on Termination for a DB. What have been your experiences?

Yep, just got one on a plan term a few months ago that took 13 months.

Recently, we had a 600+ participant DB plan... filed 5310 on June 30, 2010... got DL dated May 5, 2011.

We're seeing at least 12 months for recent applications. One of our Cash Balance Plans is going on 14 months now.
