There are two allocaiton classes for the employees - those earning more than $65,000 and those earning less than $65,000. I know we're not bound by reasonable classification for anything, but it just seems so "obnoxious?" (probably synonomous with very very clever!) that I just had to ask... SoCalActuary Posted April 16, 2012 Posted April 16, 2012 This would work if you used HCE vs NHCE, since those are based on prior year compensation. But you have the potential for someone to grow out of one group into the other during the year.
