does anyone know where one can find GATT 30 yr treasury rates prior to 1996, and PBGC rates prior to 1994? These are for single employer plan lump sum distributions. Thanks

Try the Society of Actuaries web site at

www.soa.org . Go to publications and then you'll see pension tables. They are in excel.

30 Year Treasury rates can be had from RIA (para. 180,015) back through 1994, and from the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank to their inception.

RIA also has the PBGC lump sum rates from 11/1/93 on. (para. ER4044-2.77).
