RLR Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Is there anything in the regs that specify at what age (age last, near or completed yrs. and mos.) that must be used in 415 calculations for ages below 62 and above 65?
david rigby Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Here is a related discussion http://benefitslink.com/boards/index.php?showtopic=52212 I'm a retirement actuary. Nothing about my comments is intended or should be construed as investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Occasionally, but not all the time, it might be reasonable to interpret my comments as actuarial or consulting advice.
