The plan I am currently trying to work on is deferrals (traditional and Roth) only. thanks for your help - I can't seem to access our online version of the EOB, so i gave up and came to the experts! Short answer: all employees outside of the excluded groups must have the same opportunity to make pretax and Roth contributions, but there is no nondiscrimination testing of the actual amounts contributed by HCEs versus others.
