John Feldt ERPA CPC QPA Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 Does anyone have a suggestion for an expert witness regarding a minimum distribution under 401(a)(9) from a DB plan? On party says 401(a)(9) would be violated if the amount argued by the other party is actually paid.
Appleby Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 Try Peter Gulia- he is a member here. I am not sure if he does that sort of thing, but he is an ERISA attorney and very knowledgeable about plan issues.( click 'Members' on the menu above and search Gulia for him). The board is not letting me copy and paste. Life and Death Planning for Retirement Benefits by Natalie B. Belgarath Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 Appleby - I had the same problem a while ago. Try the toggle switch in the upper left hand corner - if you turn it on, you can paste, then you can turn it back off to mess with fonts, etc. Appleby 1
GMK Posted September 16, 2014 Posted September 16, 2014 the toggle switch (if you're wondering) appears in the header of the "Reply to this topic" box after you click to enter your reply. edit: typo Appleby 1
