nancy Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 I have a plan sponsor who is a non-amender and needs to go through VCP. The last document we found is a "Super Simplified Profit Sharing Plan" Adoption Agreement signed in 2002 provided by Oppenheimer Funds. Does anyone have access to the Basic Plan Document for this Adoption Agreement? I know this is a long shot!

Flyboyjohn Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 When we've had non-amenders that can't locate all 3 pieces of a prior document (Adoption Agreement, Basic Plan Document and Opinion Letter)we've restated the document (including back to inception) using our pre-approved prototype or volume submitter and IRS has approved. Had to do one recently back to TRA'86 but I'm afraid we don't have pre-approved docs for TEFRA/DEFRA/REA or ERISA.
