AKconsult Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 Does anyone have an idea as to the earliest date that a participant can withdraw prevailing wage fringe benefits from a plan? I am thinking that the earliest date would be the 2 year rule (other than hardship). Does anyone believe they could be withdrawn earlier than that? Thanks!
Belgarath Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 Is this a profit sharing account? If so, perhaps you could just use a stated age, such as age 21? 1.401-1(b)(1)(ii) permits distributions due to stated age.
