RayJJohnsonJr Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 Does anyone know a good source for a 412(e)(3) document?
AndyH Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 Ned Ryerson, but he's been AWOL from this board for awhile. Effen 1
Belgarath Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 You can get them through insurance companies, but you may have to work with an agent. You'll need agent involvement anyway, as you have to fund it with annuities/insurance. Off the top of my head, try National Life Group, Guardian, or Lincoln - I think all of them are (or were) in the 412(e)(3) market - and I'm sure there are others.
RayJJohnsonJr Posted November 10, 2015 Author Posted November 10, 2015 I'm trying to get just the Document to update some 412(e)(3) Plans I administer.
Belgarath Posted November 11, 2015 Posted November 11, 2015 I don't know why anyone would give you a document for free, but perhaps someone will. Whose document are you using now?
RayJJohnsonJr Posted November 14, 2015 Author Posted November 14, 2015 I was expecting to pay for the document from a document provider company like Ft. William (they have DB but not with 412(e)(3) provisions). I have not found a document provider that has a 412(e)(3) available. Seems like there has to be one somewhere.
shERPA Posted November 15, 2015 Posted November 15, 2015 Last time I looked, Datair's documents had fully insured provisions. I carry stuff uphill for others who get all the glory.
