jane murray Posted January 19, 2016 Posted January 19, 2016 anyone recommend a document provider I could use. I have heard good things about ft William but would like to hear other opinions. much appreciated!
EBDI Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 I use ftWilliam and I like their plan document. They have great customer service.
Soundbc1 Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 Jane - I use ft williiam. The document is flexible, software easy to use and the customer service is good. I have used them since 2005. I have also used relius (Corbel), PPA (relius) and datair. These are good but I like ft William overall.
NJ Mike Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 We have used FT Williams for the past 3 years. We love it. Excellent service. We left Corbel/Relius after many years mainly due to their high cost to us, a small firm.
K2retire Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 I've used both Relius and FT William at different jobs. FT William has much better customer service. Their document seems to me to be organized less logically than the Relius document.
Bird Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 We use Ft. William too and think they are great. Ed Snyder
Kevin C Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 We use ASC documents. They are definitely worth a look. Their documents are flexible and their support is outstanding. ETA Consulting LLC 1
