Can anyone recommend a good text on ESOP administration?

Two great sources of information on ESOP administration are The ESOP Association (www.esopassociation.org) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (www.nceo.org). In fact, The ESOP Association offers an Administration Handbook which covers many of the issues faced by administrators of ESOPs.

BNA Tax Management Portfolio 354 (ESOPs) is quite good. Also, I wrote chapter 50 of the Employee Benefits Handbook (which exclusively deals with ESOPs), published by Warren, Gorham & Lamont.
