K2retire Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 After sitting on the requested information for months, (in one case over a year) I now have 4 DOL investigators who are demanding information between March 11 and March 15. Has anyone heard if one of their new regulatory agenda items is killing TPAs?
My 2 cents Posted March 10, 2016 Posted March 10, 2016 After sitting on the requested information for months, (in one case over a year) I now have 4 DOL investigators who are demanding information between March 11 and March 15. Has anyone heard if one of their new regulatory agenda items is killing TPAs? Are you saying that you have been sitting on the requested information for months or that the DOL has been and now wants further information on an instantaneous basis? Grammatically, your question implies the former. If the DOL had been given information on a timely basis but now wants more, is there no method to request an extension? K2retire Posted March 10, 2016 Author Posted March 10, 2016 The DOL has been sitting on it for months. One of the investigators has agreed to an extension. The others are pushing to get it now.
