TPApril Posted September 20, 2016 Posted September 20, 2016 Employer with many drivers provides access to counseling for alcohol issues by means of an Employee Assistance Program. But rather than offering the EAP in the standard manner, they pay for it on a per use basis with HR approval, without promoting it company wide, though in theory anyone from the company can request approval. Think this would this be considered an ERISA benefit?
