Flyboyjohn Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 ACA provided substantial funding to DOL to audit (they say "investigate") group health plans for ACA compliance and there is anecdotal evidence that a few audits may have occurred. If anybody has experienced a recent audit would you mind posting a copy of the initial DOL letter and attached list of required documents (with employer information redacted of course)?

Belgarath Posted September 6, 2017 Posted September 6, 2017 Thanks! Anyone know of anything similar with regard to a Welfare benefit plan or Section 125 Plan?

I would be really curious to know if there were active Section 125 plan audits. I've only seen a little bit of chatter on them (generally on old threads), so I assume they aren't very likely to happen.
