Cafeteria Plan Administration Software

We have been using MHM Software for almost 10 years. Recently, DataPath has been sending information which looks very interesting. Does anyone out there use DataPath? If so, I would like to ask you how you like it and how it fits certain situations. Thanks

Have used DataPath for about 6 years, POP only..Did OK, but had a few bugs in reporting and tracking termination dates in between paydays..My biggest complaint was that their "maintenance & tech support" fees kept going up every year to the point it was unaffordable..To their credit, I attended their training classes and they were very good with lots of info.

We use Data Path and are very happy with their support and product. We administer both POP and full plans. They are also very supportive on customizations and we believe their maintenance fees for support delivered are quite reasonable.

We have used Datapath for years. For FSA administration they have a good package especially when you consider the cost.

We have used Datapath for over 7 years. They very good with FSA plans. We also own P&W software and they are excellent with full-blown cafeteria plans.

Scott C: I am looking at P&W Software, do you use it for the discrimination testing? If so, are you satisfied with it?

I do use the nondiscrimination testing module of the software. I am satisfied. It does perform the tests accuractly. You also have the option to import data to run the tests or use the information in the existing employer data base. The software performs the "25% Key Man" test, 55% dependent care test, and the 25% dependent care test (5% owners). The only downside is that the reports are only as summary of whether the tests were passed or not. It does not provide the detailed information on how the tests were calculated.
