Guest pdaniels Posted December 7, 1998 Posted December 7, 1998 Anyone out there using Datair's Plan document system to general prototypes and volume submitter plans? Need some feedback. Thanks.
Guest pensiondoc Posted December 19, 1998 Posted December 19, 1998 Yes, I did use DATAIR. I am very unhappy with the DATAIR documents, and in order to get the ones I want, they are willing to "upgrade" my service", ie make me spend more money. Even though I'm unhappy with them, they will not let me out of the contract, which is for 36 months. Do you know of anyone who wants to buy me out?? I am currently using a firm in NYC by the name of ACCUDRAFT. Their documents run from Word or Word Perfect, so their software is basically an "add-in". They have available more than DATAIR does, the service is superb, they will waive the purchase fee if you use Corbel or DATAIR and their monthly charges are less. Contact Ralph Paladino at 1-800-PLANDOC. Needless to say their are now 2 document generating firms that are not on my list of favorites t this point; but I highly recommend this one.
