Has anyone an opinion on Converting a 412i into a traditional DB Plan-NP

You can do this but the result will likely be a plan that is grossly overfunded. The more common approach is to convert an overfunded traditional into a 412i to be able to resume contributions or reduce overfunding. If you want to do either I have a TPA that can accomodate you.
