Employees Acquire Appleton Papers via ESOP Transaction

Staib v. Vaughn Industries (N.D. Ohio 2001). Excerpt: "As to the historical summary annual reports and annual reports (i.e., Form 5500s), the court noted that ERISA Section 104(b)(4) requires production of only the 'latest' annual report and summary plan description (SPD).
